Based in Lübeck, Junge Die Bäckerei has been baking since 1897. Over 125 years as a family business have turned a small local bakery into one of northern Germany's most familiar names. Values and vision are clearly defined, but one thing matters above all: craftsmanship you can taste, made possible by a team that rises early every single morning.
The range spans wholemeal loaves to sandwich bread, crusty rolls, snacks, cakes and tarts, alongside speciality coffees. Quality baked goods, regional ingredients, and a dedicated 'Brotretter' bag ensure yesterday's bakes don't end up in the bin. For children, there are bread tastings and baking tips from Frida.
All goods are baked in the company's own bakeries across northern Germany and sold in numerous shops and cafés throughout the region. To skip the queue, simply pre-order online: enter your postcode, choose your items, and collect them at your preferred time or have them delivered. Junge is also committed to sustainability, supporting biodiversity through its climate-resilient 'Jungewald' forest project.
