The product
The mug with the thumb rest
The shop is named after its thumb mug: a cup with a moulded thumb rest, available for left- or right-handers. Alongside it come coffee mugs, café bowls, hanging planters and pots in the house glazes Russian Blue and Moor Green.
The place
Elstra near Dresden
The workshop sits in Elstra in Saxony's Upper Lusatia, west of Dresden. Large planters are collected on site rather than shipped.
