Goldmeise was founded in 2013 – it all started with TARIFA, a necklace knotted from rope. In 2018 communication designer Julia Heins took over the label from Stefanie Schicke and has been developing brand and products ever since. Everything is designed, finished, tested and shipped in-house.
At its heart are necklaces and earrings made of high-quality hand-dyed cotton rope: knotted pieces such as TAVIRA, lettering necklaces like peace or love, plus mixed-material gold chains, waterproof stainless steel studs and knotted key rings. Natural materials combined in unusual ways – light to wear and still a real eye-catcher.
The label is based in the north of Hamburg on Jägerdamm. That is where the collections are made by hand – young, fresh design with a touch of nonchalance and northern German ease.
