Katharina and Allan Mutagwaba connect Tanzania and Augsburg. They stay in direct contact with the coffee farmers in the Meru region and pay a fair price for every kilo.
Single origin coffees from Mount Meru and Uganda as espresso and filter roasts, plus cocoa nibs, chocolate and spices - traceable back to a group of 30 farming families.
Roasting and selling happen on Karlstrasse in Augsburg. Around 90 percent of Tanzania's coffee comes from smallholders - MAK Afrika makes it visible which ones.
