A farm shop and small manufactory in Schönebeck-Bad Salzelmen: house-made liqueurs from family recipes, herb and spice salts in test tubes, flavoured oils and vinegars, and their own Nachtwächter coffee.
„House-made liqueurs, salts, oils and vinegars – from the manufactory in the middle of the spa park."
The people
The people behind it
Behind the manufactory is the Lammel family around night watchman Jeff Lammel, who also guides visitors through Magdeburg, Schönebeck-Bad Salzelmen and Plötzky. Over the years those experiences grew into a small manufactory with a farm shop, a café and its own online shop.
The product
The product
The range includes liqueurs made to old family recipes – from Kakelbeer Koöm with blackcurrants to the Nachtwächter drops with fresh thyme. Alongside them are Schönebeck salts with herbs, blossoms or mushrooms in test tubes, herb and porcini oils, vinegars with basil, honey or sage, and their own Nachtwächter coffee.
The place
The place
The manufactory is at home in the Badepark of Schönebeck-Bad Salzelmen, Germany's oldest brine spa. Farm shop, café and the Park Idyll restaurant sit side by side, and online orders can be collected on site if you prefer.
