Kaffeerösterei Martermühle GmbH is run by Ralf Heincke and roasts in the municipality of Aßling in Upper Bavaria. The team roasts daily in small batches and follows every blend from green bean to finished bag.

The product
What makes it special
The Aßlinger Mischung, a 100% arabica blend, is the house classic and an award winner; the Aßlinger Espresso is its spicier counterpart. Alongside them sit many organic roasts from Peru and Mexico, decaffeinated varieties, pads and tasting bundles.

The place
Roasting takes place at Martermühle 1 in 85617 Aßling, between Munich and the Chiemgau region. The roastery takes its name from the old mill that gave the place its name.
