Between 1988 and 1995 Michael Pieper travelled to Guatemala as a historian and got to know the everyday life of Maya smallholders. The historian became an organic coffee roaster who has been roasting in Augsburg since 1999.
Single-origin organic coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea, house espresso blends and a selection of organic teas - roasted fresh every week and shipped daily.
