„I piaceri della vita - the pleasures of life."
Guenter Ressel and Bektas Koyun spent years searching for the "true espresso" - a hazelnut-brown crema with dark stripes. After countless tests they decided to compose it themselves.
The ChaPhe Nuovo blends of arabica and robusta beans from Brazil, India and Asia, plus a single-origin Santos filter coffee and an organic roast - all slowly and gently roasted.
Roasting happens in the family's own manufactory in Augsburg, in the heart of Swabia; the coffees are also sold in several local shops.
