Privatrösterei Vollmer Kaffee GmbH is led by managing director Matthias Peters and roasts in Altenberge, Münsterland. Decades of knowledge about origin, craft and roast profiles are passed on from one generation of roasters to the next.
The blends carry names like Käthe, Marlene, Hilde and Roberta – each available as caffè crema, espresso or filter coffee. Alongside coffee there is tea and cocoa; the roastery is certified under organic control body DE-ÖKO-001.
Roasting happens at Siemensstraße 30 in Altenberge, a small town north of Münster. From there the beans travel to private customers, cafés and restaurants across Germany.
